We are located 20 minutes from the beautiful city of Chicoutimi and less than an hour from Tadoussac and its whales.
The Monts-Valin
The Monts-Valin, mountain range of the Laurentians chain. About a dozen peaks make up this magnificent landscape overlooking the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region. The Dubuc peak reaches 984 meters and is the highest in the region.
In winter
The snow accumulates with an average of 600 cm of precipitation. There is the Le Valinouët ski center and this sector is known for its snowmobile trails.
In summer
Fishing can be practiced there in nearly 650 lakes and hunting on more than 1,200 km2. It is also possible to practice canoe-camping and kayaking.
Sainte-Rose-du-Nord
Its position, on the edge of the majestic Saguenay Fjord, offers a breathtaking view of a set of spectacular landscapes dominated by shades of green, gray and blue. Its recreational and tourism potential is first-rate, to the delight of tourists.
In winter
Snowmobiling, ice fishing and hiking in the forest are the main activities.
In summer
The water activities are numerous and the kayak trips are incomparable. In addition, fishing and exploring a magnificent region on foot or by bike!
