1. Booking Policies

1.1 – Minimum stay of 2 nights. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is cashed when booking. The balance will be collected 7 days before arrival. For a reservation less than 7 days before the date of arrival, 100% of the total amount must be cashed.

1.2 – The total cost of accommodation is for 4 people. An additional charge of $15 per additional occupant for a maximum capacity of 6.

1.3 – All accommodation units are non-smoking.

1.4 – Pets are accepted on a leash. (less than 30 lbs).

2. Cancellation policies

2.1 – The date of receipt of your reservation will serve as a reference for the cancellation policy.

2.2 – Reimbursement percentage

  • More than 15 days before the start of the stay, 100% refund.
  • Between 14 and 8 days before the start of the stay: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before the start of the stay: no refund.

2.3 – Confidential and secure transaction – All your personal information will remain confidential. This information is kept with your order for communication related to your reservation. No information related to your credit card is kept in our files.

3. Liability

3.1 – La réservation doit être identifiée au nom d’une personne présente lors du séjour. Exception pour l’achat d’un certificat-cadeau.

3.2 – It will not be possible to transfer a “stay package” unless the owners are notified 30 days in advance.

3.3 – Arrival time at reception is 4 p.m. Details of amenities will be provided in your confirmation email for your reservation.

3.4 – You can occupy your rental space until 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.

3.4 – You will have access on foot to the various accommodation sites.

3.5 – For indoor and outdoor fireplaces, management provides you with 2 bundles of wood. For your excess needs, it will be possible to get some at the reception at a cost of $8.

3.6 – We opt for a policy of harmony with nature. No party or noisy evening will be tolerated around your accommodation.

4. Other costs

4.1 – A security deposit of $100 can be taken from your credit card or requested upon departure in the event of breakage. We check the premises when you leave, the dishes must be clean, the cabin too, thank you.

4.2 – One-time cleaning fee at a cost of $50.
